HugDeli is an SMS-based coordination service that helps you arrange spontaneous meetups with friends. The service uses AI to facilitate communication and scheduling between participants.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate phone number information
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your phone number
You must not use the service for illegal activities or harassment
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

4. SMS Messaging

Message and data rates may apply. HugDeli sends and receives SMS messages on your behalf. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all messages sent and received through our service.

You can opt-out at any time by texting "STOP" to our service number. For help, text "HELP".

5. Privacy

Your use of HugDeli is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or be error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

HugDeli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Third-Party Services

Our service uses Twilio for SMS delivery and OpenAI for AI responses. Your use of these features is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
