By opting into the HugDeli SMS messaging service, you agree to receive automated and/or conversational text messages from HugDeli related to meetup coordination, scheduling, reminders, and updates. Messaging may include links, confirmations, and interactions based on your requests.

By using HugDeli's SMS service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

HugDeli is an SMS-based coordination service that helps you arrange spontaneous meetups with friends. The service uses AI to facilitate communication and scheduling between participants.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and group interactions. You may receive multiple messages per scheduling cycle. Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all messages sent and received through our service.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.
Help: For help, reply HELP to any SMS message.
Support: For assistance with the SMS program or compliance questions, contact support@hugde.li.

5. Privacy

Your use of HugDeli is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or be error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

HugDeli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our service uses Twilio for SMS delivery and OpenAI for AI responses. Your use of these features is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
